Susan Boyle's 2nd Performance May 24, 2009

Susan Boyle's 2nd performance on Britain's Got Talent officially advanced the Scottish sensation to the Finals on the May 24, 2009 episode of "Britain's Got Talent". In the following YouTube video, Susan Boyle once again delivers with her singing talents as she croons the Broadway classic "Memories" from Cats. Although she began the song flat and possibly a bit shaken, she loosened up as the song continued and began to show her talents to the judges, audience and world once again.

After her song had ended Susan said she felt "fantastic" having finally had the chance to sing yet again after all the hype. Susan also said she's enjoyed every second and would do it over again. Judge Piers Morgan said while the world's been suffering some tough times, along came Susan Boyle as an inspiration. Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell also gave praise to Ms. Boyle, with Cowell apologizing to her for how she was treated prior to her first time on stage. Cowell said Boyle made him "look stupid" with her original performance, due to his harsh treatment.

According to a recent interview by "Britain's Got Talent" judge Amanda Holden, Boyle's success may not be a continued phenomenon. That's not to say she's a flash in the pan, just that as Holden puts it, we tend to build people up to fame and spit them out very quickly. Holden says Boyle can't delay releasing an album once she is done with the reality show, because it will need to immediately be put out while she's still fresh in the mind and still considered a super singing sensation.

Stay tuned, Ms. Boyle's yet to win the contest, but has plenty of fanfare still in her favor on the world wide web!
